The SAP S.r.l. meat grinder range combines Italian manufacturing excellence, reliability and versatility to meet the needs of professional meat processing operations worldwide. Our portfolio includes TC12P, TC22P and TC32P models equipped with an external stainless-steel grinding unit and gearmotor transmission, as well as the TC22 and TC32 gear-driven versions featuring four hardened steel gears enclosed in an oil-bath gearbox for maximum durability and performance. 

Manufactured using high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel components, the machines are easy to use, hygienic and simple to clean. All models are equipped with reverse operation and low-voltage control systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.

The range is available in two configurations: Q versions with a square-shaped design and B versions featuring a practical bayonet locking system, allowing quick removal of the external grinding unit for faster cleaning and maintenance. Optional UNGER grinding systems, sausage filling funnels and increased-capacity hopper solutions are also available depending on the model. 

All meat grinders are produced in CE versions for the European market and Export versions for international distribution, ensuring compliance with local requirements while delivering outstanding productivity, hygiene and long-term reliability.
